COVID AND FLU VACCINATIONS 2024

This year we will be holding our Flu and COVID clinics on Saturday 5th October 2024.
If you are eligible for both vaccines, you will be sent an invite link by SMS to book – however you can call the Surgery to book for your vaccine.
We will endeavour to contact you by the telephone number we have on record if we do not hear from you.

If you are eligible for the flu vaccine only, you will be sent an invite link by SMS to book – however you can call the Surgery to book for your vaccine.
We will endeavour to contact you by the telephone number we have on record if we do not hear from you.

We will be running an additional flu clinic on Friday 4th October 2024.

We will be running an additional flu and COVID clinic on Thursday 10th October 2024.

If you do not want a vaccine please let us know so that we can update your record.
